Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

It is located at South Bear Creek ball diamonds inside the pavilion.

Beer Gardens and concession are open Sunday to Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

If you have a concern or issue at the ball diamonds in the evening (i.e. lights not on), please call the office line.

Your call will be transferred to staff working in the beer gardens and concession.
